What are you looking forward to the most in your new role?
I’m most excited to connect with the team and translate my experience from academic research into real-world applications.
What is your favourite product we could coat the packaging for?
Olive oil in a squeezable bottle: it’s a brilliant product concept that almost nails it, until the oil slowly migrates through the packaging and the bottle becomes greasy. A proper barrier coating would make it truly perfect.

We reuse takeaway containers as food storage: run them through the dishwasher and you’ve got free, durable Tupperware!
